1. Ordering
1.1 How do I order?
It's easy: Simply choose the desired product, click on it and it will be put in your shopping cart. Then go to the cash point, log in or register for our website, fill in your address and the favored form of payment, and send it to us.
Within the next minutes, you will receive a confirmation of receipt and withing the next 24 hours, a confirmation of order/confirmation of dispatch will be sent to you. If you have not received a confirmation of receipt or order, please make sure to check you Spam folder of your e-mail account.
It is possible that from time to time our e-mails will be filtered as Spam.
1.2 Which forms of payment are possible?
We offer you the possibility of paying via transfer and PayPal. Your order will be sent always after we have received the payment.
1.3 Is my order secure/safe?
Yes! For us, it is understood that customer data and orders are handled strictly confidential and thus are encrypted. To ensure you secure and unconsidered shopping, we use a certified and fully developed SSL certificate.
1.4 Why is the order button orange and I cannot order?
The product is temporarily sold out. As a rule, a date is given on the product page when the product will be available again.
We will also gladly inform you via e-mail as soon as the desired product is available again!
1.5 The ordering function does not work / I have a problem!
Please send us an e-mail via the contact form and briefly describe your problem or what exactly is not working. We will then contact you immediately.
1.6 Why are enemii products cheaper?
First of all, we think Windsurfing needs to stay affordable. It does not make sense to finance an expensive team, have foto shootings in paradise, if the prices only become higher and higher for our customers. In addition to that we are working on a distribution system to reduce unnecessary costs.
Thus, the price advantage is directly transferred to our customers, while the quality remains the same.
This does not mean that jobs are not preserved within the country. Advertising, printing, design, logistics and many more jobs that stay within the country.
1.7 Can I buy enemii products also in surfshops?
Yes, but we only collaborate with a few selected surfshops per country. We are currently building up this dealer network.
2. Shipping
2.1 How long is the delivery time?
As a rule, ordered products will be delivered to your house within 2-3 days after receipt of payment.
2.2 How high are the shipping costs?
You will find the information on our shipping cost page.
2.3 Can I also order from outside of Germany?
Of course! We deliver enemii products to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Czech Republik, Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom. For other countrys please contact us!
2.4 Is there also express delivery?
Of course! But this depends on the country. Please contact us before!
2.5 Where is my order?
You have received a confirmation of dispatch, but until now you haven't received your order?
Generally, the delivery period is about 2 work days. If your order has not been delivered after 3 days, please contact us via phone or e-mail and we will immediately take care of it.
3. Return
3.1 What do I have to do in case I want to send something back?
Please contact us before you send your order back. We will then discuss everything with you.
Not prepaid returns will not be accepted.
3.2 I have a complaint, what do I have to do?
In case you have a complaint, please use our intended form. Thus, a quick and easy handling is enabled and we can rapidly react to your complaint.

4.1 With which sail brands are enemii masts compatible?
enemii masts have a constant curve and are thus suitable for almost all sail brands.
Yet, we would be happy to inform you via telephone or e-mail which sail brands are compatible with enemii masts.
4.2 Which flex do enemii masts have?
enemii masts are Constant Curve.
Bottom 62% and top 75% flex. You can find all values in the mast description.
4.3 How do I have to maintain my masts / extensions?
enemii stands for high-tech products that require special care and careful handling for a long lifetime.
enemii extensions and masts need to be rinsed after use and be free of sand / dirt.
Unrig the sail after use and do not leave the mast in the sail over night, or in general for a longer time.
Avoid UV radiation.
To avoid sand in the connection piece of the mast, we advise you to wrap a piece of tape around it.
4.4 What do I do if I am not satisfied?
Please tell us what is bothering you and with which enemii product you are discontent. Only through your feedback can we constantly improve our products. We will try to solve the problem to your satisfaction!
4.5 What do I do if I am satisfied?
